As an Ecological Museum it brings together all the elements of primitive, improvisation and perfect functionality.
The walls are built of stone and mud, with no plaster externally not distinguished from pirates. The roofs are built with a special soil, pressed seaweed while the ceilings with beams and plates from local tree, "the sparingly." The floor of beaten earth, "the patosi". The water was only rain, which flowed from the rooms in cisterns.
It has rescued the little threshing floor and the most primitive wine press in the middle of the courtyard, in a carved rock. In the courtyard saved the stone cylinder on a circular pedestal where crushed olives. In the mill saved the system by lever, which presses the sack with the pulp and the oil flows in a clay pot.
To equip the premises of the folklore museum gathered from other centuries old angers items like loom, kouroupia, pitchers, baskets, etc..
The newest home late 19th - early 20th century period pieces collected, the walls are whitewashed inside-out and generally reflected the newest, modern Greek era.
